Based on organizational theory and nonprofit management best practices, Praenimis developed an evaluation method called Create.Sustain.Grow. With the idea that each organization and / or its programs exist within different organizational life stages, the best strategic plans and most realistic goals are made when that stage is accurately identified.
Using the Create.Sustain.Grow. method, Praniemis helps organizations and their programs take a breath, evaluate where they are, and take the next steps necessary to get where they need to be. Simple and accessible resources can really make a difference in reaching the next stage, so Praenimis works to provide free and accessible resources for every stage.

Praenimis (pronounced prayeh-nee-mihs) is latin for "too much", a term many in the social good realm know too well. Too often, mission-oriented organizations are tasked with solving complex issues while striving for solutions or programs for broken systems. All while under intense scrutiny.
